Join our team as a Traveling Repair Accountant, where you'll oversee financial aspects related to repairs and maintenance across our travel facilities. If you have a strong accounting background and are willing to travel, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Compile monthly financial statements regarding repair expenditures.
  • Assist in budget forecasting for upcoming repair and maintenance projects.
  • Consult with cross-functional teams to align on financial outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in repair transaction records.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding financial transactions.
  • Train staff on financial procedures related to repairs.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Directly engage with vendors to negotiate costs and terms.
  • Utilize software tools for financial tracking and analysis.
  • Document and report financial challenges encountered during projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years in accounting or financial management, ideally in travel or hospitality.
