We are seeking a Licensed Appraiser to join our team in Melbourne. This role requires conducting thorough property assessments and delivering accurate and timely appraisals to our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough property assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist clients in understanding appraisal processes and outcomes.
Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for data analysis.
Engage in continuous improvement of appraisal techniques.
Liaise with real estate agents to gather property data.
Prepare and submit compliance documents related to property assessments.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field is preferred
