We are seeking a Licensed Appraiser to join our team in Melbourne. This role requires conducting thorough property assessments and delivering accurate and timely appraisals to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough property assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients in understanding appraisal processes and outcomes.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for data analysis.
• Engage in continuous improvement of appraisal techniques.
• Liaise with real estate agents to gather property data.
• Prepare and submit compliance documents related to property assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with residential and commercial properties

• Valuation Techniques
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

Certifications

• Certified General Real Property Appraiser Certification
