Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and seasoned Property Manager. In this key position, you will oversee our real estate assets, ensuring optimal performance. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of property management, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, market analysis, and the maintenance of high standards across all properties. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and a proactive approach to property management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of property management strategies.
  • Facilitate and negotiate leasing agreements with potential tenants.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to enhance property condition and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analyse property income and expenses.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and respond to emerging challenges in the real estate market.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant property legislation and compliance standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members and contractors.
  • Research and recommend improvements based on property performance analyses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
  • Certifications in Property Management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in property management or real estate operations.
