We are on the lookout for a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Hobart. This role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all activities are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create and deliver project presentations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for projects.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and vendors based on project needs.
• Ensure adherence to all local regulations and permitting requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-rise or commercial construction management

• BIM Software

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages
