Job Description

We are looking for skilled Cutters and Trimmers to join our dedicated production team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming and finishing shirts to the highest quality standards, ensuring every garment meets our rigorous quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Cutting fabrics to specifications for shirt production.
• Operating various cutting tools and machines.
• Inspecting finished garments for quality assurance.
• Working alongside the sewing team to ensure seamless transitions.
• Documenting production metrics and quality checks.
• Updating inventory records and managing stock levels.
• Training new team members on best practices.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Mitigating waste and enhancing efficiency in the process.

Requirements

Education

• Post-secondary education in textile manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with industrial sewing machines
• Ability to use fabric cutters and scissors

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
