Job Description

As a Preventive Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing work-related illnesses and injuries. You will provide expert consultations to organizations on health and safety, while promoting wellbeing within the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medical consultations on workplace health matters.
  • Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and fitness evaluations.
  • Perform workplace assessments and recommend solutions to reduce health risks.
  • Implement and monitor health and wellness programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding health issues.
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of health-related data and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia as an Occupational Medicine Physician
Experience
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in Occupational Medicine
