Responsibilities

  • Operate advanced brick-forming equipment while ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Prepare and mix base materials to ensure consistent quality in product manufacturing.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on newly produced bricks to maintain high standards.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding production goals and updates.
  • Assist in training new employees on machinery operation and safety practices.
  • Document and report any mechanical faults or production issues to the supervisor.
  • Manage stock levels of raw materials required for brick production.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of high school is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
