Job Description

As a Loan Officer with our non-profit organization, you will be responsible for providing financial counseling and guidance to clients. Your role will involve assisting clients in managing their finances effectively and making informed decisions about their financial future. You will collaborate with other professionals, ensuring comprehensive financial support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial improvement plans personalized for clients.
  • Assist clients in understanding their credit reports and improve their credit scores.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to educate the community on financial literacy.
  • Work closely with local agencies to connect clients with additional resources.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their financial strategies as needed.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Financial Planning, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial counseling or related field.
