Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our ambitious team. The successful candidate will conduct geological surveys and analyses to identify mineral extraction potentials while ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform geological mapping and data collection for resource assessment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop exploration plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on geological findings.
• Collaborate with environmental teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning and development in latest mining technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in geological surveys, mining or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Geological Software (Vulcan, Leapfrog)
• GIS Tools (ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) Certification
• Certified in Environmental Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in remote locations: Familiarity with the challenges associated with remote fieldwork.
