In this role, you will guide and support children while coordinating a variety of fun and engaging recreational activities. Responsibilities

• Oversee camp operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Lead recreational programming that inspires creativity.
• Develop positive relationships with campers and staff.
• Address any conflicts or issues among campers in a constructive manner.
• Encourage inclusive participation from all campers.
• Provide first aid as needed and manage emergency situations.
• Foster an atmosphere of respect and integrity within camp activities.
• Assist in planning special events and field trips for the campers.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Child Care or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• Preferably with previous camp or recreational experience.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in developing recreational programs: Knowledge of creating and implementing engaging activities for children.
