We are seeking highly skilled Air Crew Members to join our training team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs in the use of weapons and tactics, ensuring our personnel are well-prepared for real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with law enforcement and military personnel to deliver relevant training.
• Adapt training techniques to suit various learning styles.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all training activities.
• Provide support during live-fire training exercises.
• Develop comprehensive training manuals.
• Foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Military Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a weapons and tactics instructor

• Training Program Development

Certifications

• Certification in use of force training
• Certification in less-lethal weapons training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with tactical gear and equipment: Familiarity with the latest tactical gear and its applications.
• Certification in tactical medical training: Certification beneficial for first aid and emergency response in tactical scenarios.
