Job Description

The Concreting Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of concreting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of skilled concreting professionals while liaising with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of concrete pouring and finishing teams.
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time completion.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Lead quality assurance inspections and ensure work meets specifications.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and safety knowledge.
  • Develop effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork.
  • Handle conflict resolution and troubleshooting on-site.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Concreting or equivalent
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the concreting industry.
