We are seeking enthusiastic Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. As a vital part of our operations, you will assist in various production processes, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paint samples and adjust colors to achieve desired shades.
• Ensure mixing equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
• Document changes made to color formulas and ensure records are kept up to date.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting color-related issues during production.
• Support the development of new color products by providing expertise and feedback.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology
• Experience in a quality control position is advantageous

Experience

• 3 years of experience in color mixing and paint manufacturing
