Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough pre-flight inspections of all helicopter systems.
• Assist in the preparation and securing of cargo for flights.
• Maintain real-time monitoring of flight systems, reporting any abnormalities.
• Engage in emergency drills and training exercises regularly.
• Document all maintenance and inspection activities diligently.
• Work closely with the piloting team to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provide suggestions for safety and operational improvements.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and report on helicopter status.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Adhere to all aviation safety guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Aviation or equivalent
• Diploma in Aviation is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Flight Engineer in helicopter operations.

Certifications

• Valid CASA Flight Engineer License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
