Responsibilities

• Conduct installation and maintenance of plating machines and related equipment.
• Ensure operational efficiency by diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings to ensure correct installation processes.
• Implement rigorous testing protocols to maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance equipment functionality.
• Document maintenance and repair activities systematically.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required.
• Contribute to system design improvements and modifications.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level staff and apprentices.

Requirements

Education

• Electrical trade qualification
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a plating machine operation role.
