Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for our clients. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide exceptional service while troubleshooting various computer-related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support clients by troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions.
• Ensure systems are properly configured and secured.
• Assist in training staff on new technologies and best practices.
• Monitor and manage support ticket systems.
• Coordinate with other technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing support issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in IT support or a related role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with remote desktop software
• Knowledge of MacOS and iOS systems

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with cloud services: Familiarity with service offerings like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Linux operating systems: Knowledge of Linux environments and command-line operations.
