Machine Feeders and Offbearers

Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play an integral role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating threading machines, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring quality control throughout the production pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure threading machines are loaded and functioning correctly.
• Unloading completed products and preparing them for shipping.
• Maintain a safe working environment by observing workplace safety standards.
• Work alongside other production staff to coordinate tasks effectively.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment handling and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in machine operation or safety training are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
