Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production line by replacing mold inserts in injection molding machines. Your attention to detail will ensure continuous productivity and maintain the quality of our products. This position is ideal for individuals with a knack for mechanics and a passion for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on injection molding machines.
• Record and report any discrepancies or defects in mold inserts to supervisors.
• Assist in training new operators on mold changing procedures.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of mold insert usage and inventory.
• Work collaboratively with quality assurance teams to uphold production quality.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but a technical qualification in mechanical engineering is an advantage.

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
