Dynamic Sales Solutions is on the lookout for proactive Telemarketers. You will engage potential clients through phone calls and emails, set appointments, and work closely with the sales team. Your contributions will be pivotal in building our client base and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through phone and email outreach.
• Set up appointments for the sales team and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to inform potential clients accurately.
• Report feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to management.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role.
