Responsibilities

• Strategize digital engagement and brand identity across all online platforms.
• Develop partnership connections for co-marketing initiatives.
• Utilize SEO best practices to maximize visibility.
• Create, edit, and manage digital content to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Research and incorporate innovative digital tools and software.
• Facilitate internal workshops to educate staff on digital marketing best practices.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to gauge success.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with our core values and mission.
• Craft newsletters and promotions that drive customer retention.
• Leverage customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in the Australian market
