Job Description
As an Insecticide Sprayer, you will be on the front lines of pest control. Your role will include mixing and applying insecticides, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Evaluate sites for pest control needs and develop action plans.
Adhere to all safety regulations while applying pesticides.
Train junior staff on proper insecticide application techniques.
Conduct follow-up inspections to assess treatment effectiveness.
Report on pest control operations to management.
Manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
Collect data and maintain records of pest treatments.
Foster good relationships with clients to enhance service satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
Certification in Chemical Application or Pest Control
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control or related fields.
Technical Skills
Understanding of safety protocols
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Soft Skills
Problem-solving abilities
Time management skills
Certifications
Additional certifications in pesticide application
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
First Aid Certification: Certification in First Aid to ensure safety in emergencies.
