Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify any discrepancies in gold evaluations.
• Report on market trends and customer feedback to management.
• Conduct training for new team members on appraisal techniques.
• Foster a positive customer experience through effective communication.
• Participate in promotional events and community outreach as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in gemology or precious metal appraisal preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
