Job Description

An offset label rewinder is responsible for operating and maintaining the rewinding machines used in the printing industry. This role ensures the timely and accurate rewinding of labels to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust offset label rewinding machines for production runs.
• Ensure the adherence to safety standards at all times.
• Document machine performance and label quality metrics.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery use.
• Troubleshoot machinery and implement corrective measures.
• Report maintenance needs and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Industrial Machinery Operation preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in label rewinding or similar role
