Join our team as a Computer Network Support Specialist! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of our clients' networks by managing equipment and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Experience in hands-on network support is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Deploy and maintain various network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance; resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct network upgrades and implement optimizations.
• Manage network security protocols and intrusion detection systems.
• Collaborate across IT teams for integrated network operations.
• Document network configurations and keep accurate inventory.
• Train end-users on network-related issues and best practices.
• Participate in technology upgrades and explore new solutions.
• Assist with compliance to network standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Juniper Networks)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in network support or administration

• Juniper OS
