Job Description

We are seeking energetic and skilled Coil Winders, Tapers, and Finishers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting armatures according to strict industry standards, ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Connect and assemble electrical components in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Ensure materials and components are available as needed for assembly.
• Document production metrics and quality control data for reporting.
• Assist in training new employees on assembly processes.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant trade certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Soldering techniques
• Use of multimeters

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
