Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your role will involve analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methodologies. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping business decisions and driving performance improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse large datasets using tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Maintain and enhance database systems for accurate data management.
  • Effectively present data trends and insights to stakeholders in an engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to uncover opportunities for process optimizations.
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies that solve business challenges.
  • Monitor existing data systems for improvements and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Lead training sessions for team members on best practices in data analytics.
  • Engage with the latest analytical tools and methodologies to remain competitive.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
Experience
  • 4 years of experience in a related role preferred.
