Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation that meets the needs of our diverse customer base. You'll collaborate closely with developers and subject matter experts to produce user manuals, online help, and other documentation. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our customers understand and effectively utilise our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread user documentation and online help content.
• Utilise software tools to produce and publish documentation.
• Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing documentation layouts.
• Ensure compliance with company style guides and standards.
• Assist in developing templates and guidelines for documentation.
• Support marketing efforts by providing documentation for promotional materials.
• Engage with customers to understand their documentation needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing

Technical Skills

• Complex Technical Concepts
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
