Job Description

As a Money Order Clerk, you will be tasked with processing and managing money orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, exceptional organisational abilities, and thrive in a dynamic work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and issue receipts for processed money orders.
  • Provide quality customer service and assist with inquiries.
  • Accurately maintain and reconcile financial records.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in training new staff members when necessary.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team goals.
  • Support the Operations Manager in tasks and projects.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking or finance-related roles
