Job Description

As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our product development team, driving the design and implementation of innovative chemical processes. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and optimize processes while supporting the production of high-quality chemical goods.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve chemical formulation processes.
  • Work with R&D to create innovative chemical products.
  • Oversee trials and scale-up processes in the manufacturing plant.
  • Maintain safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials.
  • Prepare and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of compliance documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns in technical skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment
