We're on the lookout for a talented Architect to join our creative team in Darwin. As an Architect, you'll be responsible for designing functional, aesthetic spaces that meet client requirements. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and designers to bring visions to life, ensuring each project is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural designs tailored to client needs.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals.
• Coordinate project documents and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are met.
• Review and approve shop drawings and product submittals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Lead client meetings to discuss design choices and project direction.
• Research and incorporate sustainable building practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Professional accreditation is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project-based architectural roles
