Responsibilities

• Execute sewing tasks efficiently following the production schedule.
• Apply various sewing techniques to ensure garment durability.
• Conduct quality checks regularly throughout the sewing process.
• Interpret technical drawings and patterns with precision.
• Contribute to garment assembly tasks and teamwork.
• Keep the sewing station tidy and equipped with necessary tools.
• Work closely with designers to ensure vision is realized in production.
• Adapt to various fabric types and techniques as required.
• Notify management of any fabric or equipment shortages.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in garment construction preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment sewing.
