Responsibilities
Set up and operate dough brake machines to maximise efficiency.
Conduct quality checks on dough to ensure standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine operation issues swiftly.
Maintain accurate records of production and downtime.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Assist in training junior operators on best practices.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Assist in inventory management of dough production supplies.
Implement and uphold best practices for machine maintenance.
Requirements
Education
Relevant technical qualifications in food processing or machinery
Experience
Experience in all aspects of bakery production is a plus.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of dough production processes
Physical Stamina
Advantageous
Ability to perform basic maintenance on machines: Hands-on skills for basic machine upkeep.
