Core Shaper

Job Description

The Core Shaper will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the core functionalities of our software systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a strong background in programming languages such as Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Conduct performance testing and debugging process of applications.
• Utilize version control mechanisms to manage code effectively.
• Support team members in achieving project goals and objectives.
• Create training materials and support documentation for user onboarding.
• Assist in the evaluation of new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience preferred.

• JavaScript
• Node.js

Certifications

• AWS Certified Developer
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
