Seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining shoe manufacturing machines, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products. Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to sew and finish garment edges.
• Ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new stitching techniques.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams for new styles.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Document maintenance performed on machines.
• Conduct final inspections on finished products.
• Assist in inventory management of materials.
• Support the logistics team with delivery preparation.
• Promote a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Equivalent experience in a relevant field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly desirable
