Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead the creation of supportive programs focusing on veterans' mental health.
Oversee collaboration with local organisations to facilitate veterans' programs.
Monitor and evaluate budgets to optimize resource allocation.
Guide staff in delivering efficient service to veterans.
Establish regular communications with veteran stakeholders.
Initiate advocacy efforts to improve government policies related to veterans.
Conduct community outreach to raise awareness of available services.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field
Master's degree is preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing veteran programs
