Responsibilities

• Compile and review patient medication histories.
• Conduct medication reviews to minimize drug interactions.
• Promote health and wellness activities within the community.
• Interact with suppliers and manage medication procurement.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and their daily activities.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in community pharmacy preferred
