We are seeking a talented Transcription Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio and video recordings into written form. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe various audio formats into written documents with high attention to detail.
• Ensure all transcriptions are completed within agreed-upon time frames.
• Utilize relevant software tools to assist in the transcription process.
• Provide feedback on audio quality and suggest improvements.
• Work cooperatively with fellow transcriptionists to streamline workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in transcription preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in medical or legal transcription preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
