Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings for various wood types.
• Maintain detailed records of production, maintenance, and safety checks.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify opportunities for improving machine efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in CNC programming is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a knife setter or similar role

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance
• Precision measuring tools

Certifications

• Certificate IV in Engineering
• Safety Compliance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
