Job Description

The Director of Consumer Affairs is pivotal in managing all consumer engagement strategies across our organisation. The successful candidate will ensure all products and services align with consumer needs and expectations, whilst maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in developing consumer engagement strategies.
• Establish effective communication channels with consumers.
• Ensure the timely escalation and resolution of consumer issues.
• Mentor and develop the Consumer Affairs team to achieve high performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for consumer affairs policy across the organisation.
• Analyse consumer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present insights on consumer behaviour to the board.
• Foster a culture that prioritises consumer experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of consumer messaging.
• Monitor industry trends to anticipate consumer expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Related Field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Consumer Affairs

Experience

• 7+ years in a director-level role
