Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Metal-Refining Furnace Operator to manage our metal refining processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating metal refining furnaces and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production.

Responsibilities

• Manage the melting and refining processes of various metal materials.
• Maintain accurate records of production and material usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with refining equipment.
• Ensure quality control by performing tests on refined products.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and servicing.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Assist in the training of new personnel in furnace operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refining technology.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational qualifications in metallurgy are highly regarded

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in refining or related manufacturing processes

Languages
