Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in facilities. Your role will include developing cleaning protocols, training staff, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.
  • Develop training programs for new custodial staff on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and staff performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Certification in Facilities Management
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role within environmental services or facilities management.
