Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher where you will oversee the dispatching operations of our transport fleet. Your role will focus on ensuring timely deliveries and coordinating with drivers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing the dispatch of vehicles, including scheduling and route planning.
• Communicating with drivers and clients to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements and deliveries.
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock availability for delivery.
• Responding to service issues and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring delivery deadlines and making adjustments as required.
• Utilising transport management software to optimize routes.
