Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Motorboat Operator to join our team. The Boatman will be responsible for navigating vessels to transport passengers and cargo safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills and knowledge of maritime navigation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate various waterways, ensuring timely transport of goods and people.
• Conduct thorough checks of all safety equipment before departure.
• Address any passenger concerns and provide assistance throughout the journey.
• Prepare the boat for departure and secure it upon return.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate trip records.
• Engage with the local community to promote services and gather feedback.
• Adapt quickly to changing conditions and emergencies on the water.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in regular training and safety drills to enhance skills.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Marine Operations Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in marine mechanics is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in marine transport is advantageous.
