We are currently seeking a skilled Berry Picker Machine Operator to join our dynamic harvesting team. In this role, you will operate and maintain the berry picking machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in the harvesting process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agricultural machinery and a strong understanding of farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate berry picking machinery, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Harvest berries meticulously to uphold our quality benchmarks.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior operators.
• Perform regular inspections on machinery to identify any wear.
• Compile reports on harvest yields and machinery performance.
• Ensure all safety measures are strictly followed during operations.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive harvesting operation.

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in agricultural operations preferred
