Job Description

As a School Traffic Guard, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the lives of school children as they cross busy roads and intersections. We are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively, remain vigilant, and uphold road safety protocols. Your presence will not only ensure the safety of our youth but also foster a sense of community responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise children as they cross roads adjacent to schools.
  • Provide clear instructions to vehicles and pedestrians when necessary.
  • Establish a rapport with local law enforcement for enhanced safety measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws and regulations regarding school zones.
  • Engage parents and community members in discussions about safety.
  • Participate in training sessions for ongoing safety and traffic management updates.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in traffic management or child supervision is a plus
