Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for technical problems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Assist with the maintenance of IT inventory.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and updates.
  • Contribute to IT project implementations as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Additional vendor-specific certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support
