Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting machinery issues, and collaborating with other team members to implement process improvements. A strong emphasis on safety and compliance will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and emergency maintenance on a variety of machinery.
• Identify and rectify faults in hydraulic systems and electrical circuits.
• Document all maintenance actions and report on equipment status.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve machinery reliability.
• Assist in process audits and contribute to ongoing training.
• Implement and uphold workplace health and safety standards.
• Perform safety checks and emergency drills on equipment.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to machinery upgrades.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with procurement of maintenance tools and parts.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Trade qualification as an industrial mechanic, fitter, or electrician is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
