Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
• Develop legal strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal work.
• Stay updated on legal trends and regulations relevant to the business.
• Assist in formulating responses to legal inquiries and claims.
• Support the implementation of compliance policies and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate or commercial legal environment
