Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide guidance to pharmacy technicians and interns.

• Evaluate medication therapy and make adjustments based on patient needs.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers to align on patient care strategies.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings as appropriate.
• Develop patient education materials and resources.
• Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacist

• Medication Therapy Management
• Clinical Pharmacy Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Certification
• AHPRA Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
