Job Description
The Cooper Helper will assist in the crafting and repair of wooden barrels used for aging and storing beer, wine, and spirits. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
Responsibilities
Work alongside experienced coopers to assist in barrel production.
Participate in quality checks to ensure standards are met.
Contribute to the upkeep of tools and equipment.
Promote a culture of safety and reliability within the team.
Engage in continuous learning about cooperage techniques.
Collaborate with others to streamline production processes.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (advantageous)
Certificate III in Timber and Composites Machining (advantageous)
Experience
Previous experience in woodworking or carpentry is advantageous.
